摘要:

在“双碳”目标背景下,研究数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响,进一步研究绿色技术创新在数字经济与经济高质量发展之间的中介效应,最后实证检验地区异质性。研究发现：中国省际数字经济发展与经济高质量发展均呈现东部地区明显高于其他地区的空间特征；数字经济能够显著促进经济高质量发展水平的提高；绿色技术创新在数字经济与经济高质量发展之间具有中介效应；西部地区比东部地区数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响更大,中部和东北地区数字经济促进效果不显著。

Abstract:

In the context of the "dual-carbon" goal, this study investigates the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the economy, and further investigates the mediating effect of green technological innovation between the digital economy and the high-quality development of the economy. Finally, the study empirically examines regional heterogeneity. According to the research findings, China"s digital economy development and high-quality economic development show a spatial characteristic that is significantly higher in the eastern region than in other regions; The advancement of a high-quality economic development level can be considerably aided by the digital economy; Green technology advancement also acts as a mediator between the digital economy and high-quality economic growth; The promotion effect of the digital economy in the central and northeastern areas is insignificant, however it has a stronger influence on high-quality economic growth in the western region than in the eastern region.
