Abstract:China's manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of development, but at present, China's cluster innovation network is in the primary stage of development, facing problems such as low-end locking and weak scientific and technological innovation capacity, which impede the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing cluster innovation network. Based on this, this paper first combs through the existing literature, analyzes the formation process of manufacturing cluster innovation network collaboration and the conditions for the formation of collaborative relationships from the perspective of the cascade relationship, and adopts the research method of system dynamics to simulate the evolution of the dynamic capacity of manufacturing cluster network innovation. According to the above analysis, this paper explores the role mechanism of driving manufacturing cluster innovation network collaboration from five aspects: manufacturing cluster innovation network partner selection, digital technology, integrated resource allocation, process synergy and applicability knowledge, and then puts forward relevant practical suggestions, with a view to providing theoretical references for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing cluster innovation network.
