Abstract:In the transformation of the global economy, intellectual property trade, which symbolizes high and new technologies, occupies an increasingly important position in global trade. Based on the differences in the advantages of IP trade caused by technological innovation between China and the United States, this paper collects panel data from 10 host countries from 2010 to 2020, and uses empirical models to conduct multicollinear analysis, benchmark regression, median test and heterogeneity test to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of IP trade between China and the United States. Combined with the current situation of intellectual property trade between China and the United States, four suggestions are put forward to continuously improve the driving force of innovation, enhance the carrying capacity of resources, expand the FTA cooperation circle, enhance the competitiveness of intellectual property trade, adjust the intellectual property structure, improve the quality of intellectual property, provide policy support, and continuously improve the intellectual property system. It has certain reference significance for the high-quality development of China"s intellectual property trade.
