Research on the Construction and Application of University Data Security Governance System Based on Cloud Platform

摘要:

[目的/意义]随着高校数据的指数型增长和广泛应用,其安全问题受到逐步关注,通过构建基于云平台的高校数据安全治理体系模型,可以为高校数据安全治理能力的提升提供启示。[方法/过程]经国内外云平台研究结果的对比,总结云平台层次模型,并探究其在高校数据安全治理方面的应用适切性。在此基础上,结合DSMM模型,构建包含基础安全层、数据资源层、安全服务层、组织建设层以及应用安全层在内的基于云平台的高校数据安全治理体系模型。[结果/结论]通过对剑桥大学数据安全治理的典型案例的深入分析,为基于云平台的高校数据安全治理体系模型提供示范和佐证,并得到三点启示：积极推进云技术的安全保障能力、有序推动数据规范使用的机制流程、致力多元主体数据安全治理模式的构建。

Abstract:

[Purpose/Significance] With the exponential growth and wide application of university data, its security has gradually attracted attention, and the construction of a university data security governance system model based on cloud platform can provide enlightenment for the improvement of university data security governance capabilities. [Method/Process] Based on the comparison of the research results of cloud platform at home and abroad, the hierarchical model of cloud platform is summarized, and its application relevance in data security governance in universities is explored. On this basis, combined with the DSMM model, a cloud platform-based data security governance system model is constructed, including basic security layer, data resource layer, security service layer, organization construction layer and application security layer. [Results/Conclusion] Through the in-depth analysis of typical cases of data security governance of Cambridge University, this paper provides demonstration and supporting evidence for the data security governance system model of universities based on cloud platform, and obtains three enlightenments: actively promote the security guarantee capability of cloud technology, orderly promote the mechanism and process of standardized use of data, and strive to build a multi-subject data security governance model.
