基于网络演化视角的长三角集成电路产业合作创新及影响因素研究

Collaborative Innovation and Influencing Factors of IC industry in Yangtze River Delta from the Perspective of Network Evolution

摘要:

区域科技协同发展依托关键共性需求、重大应用场景以及产业转型升级精准对接的产学研深度融合网络，实现全链条加速扩散，推动重大科技成果的转化落地。本文选取1995-2021年长三角集成电路产业的专利数据构建产业合作创新网络，采用Arcgis可视化手段，分析构建长三角集成电路产业合作创新网络演化的趋势特征，构建结构方程模型分析长三角集成电路产业合作创新绩效的影响因素。结果表明：长三角集成电路产业形成了“核心-边缘”的创新网络，网络结构从松散逐渐紧密，网络内区域间联系逐步增强，与区域外主体空间合作的广度和深度不断扩大；知识邻近性对关系邻近性和创新绩效的正向影响显著，通过创新绩效对合作创新成果产生中介效应，而且创新绩效显著对合作创新成果的正向影响显著。

Abstract:

The coordinated development of regional science and technology relies on the deep integration network of industry, university and research with key common needs, major application scenarios and precise docking of industrial transformation and upgrading to accelerate the diffusion of the whole chain and promote the transformation and implementation of major scientific and technological achievements. This paper selects the patent data of the IC industry in the Yangtze River Delta from 1995 to 2021 to build an industrial cooperative innovation network by Arcgis visual method. The results show that: the IC industry in the Yangtze River Delta has formed a "core-edge" innovation network, the network structure is gradually closer from loose, the inter-regional connection in the network is gradually strengthened, and the breadth and depth of spatial cooperation with external players are constantly expanding. Knowledge proximity has a significant positive impact on relational proximity and innovation performance, which has a mediating effect on CI results through innovation performance, and innovation performance has a significant positive impact on CI results.
