Abstract:The coordinated development of regional science and technology relies on the deep integration network of industry, university and research with key common needs, major application scenarios and precise docking of industrial transformation and upgrading to accelerate the diffusion of the whole chain and promote the transformation and implementation of major scientific and technological achievements. This paper selects the patent data of the IC industry in the Yangtze River Delta from 1995 to 2021 to build an industrial cooperative innovation network by Arcgis visual method. The results show that: the IC industry in the Yangtze River Delta has formed a "core-edge" innovation network, the network structure is gradually closer from loose, the inter-regional connection in the network is gradually strengthened, and the breadth and depth of spatial cooperation with external players are constantly expanding. Knowledge proximity has a significant positive impact on relational proximity and innovation performance, which has a mediating effect on CI results through innovation performance, and innovation performance has a significant positive impact on CI results.
