数据要素产权研究热点的动态演变

The Dynamic Evolution of the Research Hotspots of Data Element Property Rights

摘要:

清晰的数据要素产权既是数据要素流通和交易的前提条件，也是数字经济创新发展的重要基础。以WOS数据库中有关数据要素产权研究文献为样本，运用CiteSpace文献计量工具对国家合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词时区等知识图谱进行可视化分析，准确把握数据要素产权领域的研究热点。结果表明，当前数据要素产权研究热点主要聚焦在产权主体与客体、产权认知、产权功能和产权制度四个方面，并在时间发展上表现出三个明显的发展阶段，分别为研究基础构建期、研究知识深化期和研究多元应用期。在此基础上，提出数据要素产权研究领域的未来拓展方向。

Abstract:

A clear data elements property right is both a prerequisite for the circulation and transaction of data elements and an important foundation for the innovative development of digital economy. Taking the research literature on data elements property right in the WOS database as a sample, the CiteSpace bibliometric tool is used to visualize and analyze the knowledge maps of national cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword time zone to accurately grasp the research hotspots in the field of data elements property right. The results show that the current research hotspots of data elements property rights mainly focus on four aspects of property rights subject and object, property rights cognition, property rights function and property rights system, and show three obvious development stages in time development, which are the period of research foundation construction, the period of research knowledge deepening and the period of research multiple applications. On this basis, the future expansion direction of the research field of data elements property right is proposed.
