    以我国医疗设备领域上市公司2016-2020年企业联合申请专利为依据,深入探索了技术多元化对关键核心技术突破的作用效应以及内在机制。研究结果表明:技术多元化与关键核心技术突破间呈倒U型关系,即技术多元化有助于关键核心技术突破,但是需要注意阈值效应;管理者认知复杂性与关键核心技术之间正相关,管理者认知集中性与关键核心技术突破之间负相关;技术多元化与关键核心技术突破之间的倒U型关系受到管理者认知的中介作用;当企业组织惯性较高时,管理认知复杂性与关键技术核心突破的关系会弱化。研究结论为发挥企业技术创新主体作用,助力缓解我国关键核心技术“卡脖子”困境提供了思路。

    Abstract:

    This study constructs an enterprise patent cooperation innovation network using the joint patent applications of listed companies in China"s medical equipment sector from 2016 to 2020 as a basis. It deeply explores the effects and underlying mechanisms of diversified innovation network technology on breakthroughs in key core technologies. The research findings indicate that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between technological diversification and breakthroughs in key core technologies, indicating that technological diversification contributes to the breakthroughs in key core technologies but attention must be paid to the threshold effect.There is a positive correlation between the complexity of managerial cognition and key core technologies, whereas there is a negative correlation between the concentration of managerial cognition and key core technology breakthroughs. The inverted U-shaped relationship between technological diversification and breakthroughs in key core technologies is mediated by managerial cognition. When organizational inertia is high, the relationship between the complexity of managerial cognition and breakthroughs in key core technologies is weakened. The research findings provide insights into enhancing the role of enterprises as the main force for technological innovation and helping to alleviate the bottleneck dilemma of China"s key core technologies.
