Abstract:Under the background of anti-globalization, how to evaluate the invulnerability level of regional collaborative innovation network is of great practical significance for improving its sustainable development capability. The evaluation index system of regional collaborative innovation network invulnerability is constructed from two dimensions of structural invulnerability and functional invulnerability, and the weight of the index is determined by the improved AHP-improved CRITIC combination weighting method, and then the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the invulnerability of the collaborative innovation networks of three urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that: The invulnerability level of collaborative innovation network in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is the strongest, followed by Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration. As time goes by, the invulnerability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration continues to increase, the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration shows a “V-shaped” weakening trend, and the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration shows a “V-shaped” strengthening trend. From the perspective of structural invulnerability, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration continues to increase, and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration show a “V-shaped” strengthening trend, but the increase is small. From the perspective of functional invulnerability, both the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration show a “V-shaped” strengthening trend, while the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration shows a “V-shaped” weakening trend.
