Abstract:This paper aims to explore the complex relationship of cooperation and symbiosis amongthe subjects of scientific and technological innovation, to promote the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. Under the stakeholder theory, based on the database of Web of Science and CNKI from 2010 to 2023, a visual analysis of the literature on stakeholder relationship in the field of science and technology innovation governance is conducted. According to the logic of individual-relationship-network, 1 279 foreign papers and 340 Chinese papers were selected to analyze the number of published papers, core authors, and the evolution trend of highly cited literatures. Based on the keyword co-occurrence map and clustering results, the analysis framework of stakeholder relationship evolution is constructed, and the future research hotspots are prospected. The findings are as follows: the relationship of interest subjects presents a phased evolution of individual-relationship-network. The research at the individual level focuses on the identification, attribute, and type of interest subjects, and pays attention to the attribute characteristics and interest demands of each stakeholder. The relationship level focuses on the relationship structure and relationship behavior of interest subjects, and focuses on the influence of their relationship behavior on the performance and risk of scientific and technological innovation from the perspectives of responsibility and pressure. At the network level, it mainly explores from the three aspects of network attributes, operation mechanism, and governance, mostly from the perspective of network embedding and topology structure. Future research focuses on the evolutionary game of stakeholders, ethical issues, collaborative innovation networks, innovation ecosystems and so on.
