    摘要:

    新工科理念下,工程技术的创新和产业的发展需要以物理学为代表的基础研究作为基础,同时基础学科需要利用工程技术和行业产业实现科技转换和实际应用,而作为转换载体的人才是其中的关键。因此在新工科理念下开展基础学科创新人才培养实践是新时代探索基础研究推动产业发展的积极实践。本文首先分析了新工科理念下高校培养基础学科创新人才的意义、重要性和必要性,其次通过对比国内外新工科理念下高校基础学科创新人才培养模式,分析我国基础学科创新人才培养存在的问题,最后以电子科技大学物理学创新人才培养为例,归纳出基础学科创新人才培养在资源供给、培养体系和回应基础研究前瞻性、战略性和系统性问题上的有益经验和成功做法,明确基础研究对产业发展的重要作用,对以物理学为代表的基础学科创新人才培养提出建设性建议,对基础研究的创新突破如何推动国家重要行业发展提供有效途径和形式,为科技强国、人才强国、经济强国建设提供动力。

    Abstract:

    Under the concept of new engineering disciplines, the innovation of engineering technology and the development of industry need the basic research represented by physics as the foundation, and at the same time, the basic disciplines need to utilize the engineering technology and industry to realize the conversion of science and technology and practical application, and the talents as the carrier of the conversion are the key to it. Therefore, the practice of cultivating innovative talents in basic disciplines under the concept of new engineering disciplines is positive practice of exploring basic research and promoting industrial development in the new era. This paper firstly analyzes the significance, importance and necessity of cultivating innovative talents in basic disciplines in colleges and universities under the concept of new engineering disciplines.Secondly, it analyzes the problems cultivating innovative talents in basic disciplines in China by comparing the basic disciplines innovative talents cultivation patterns of colleges and universities under the concept of new engineering disciplines at home and abroad. Finally, by taking the cultivation of talents in the discipline of physics in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example, this work summarizes the useful experiences and successful practices of the cultivation of innovative talents in basic disciplines in terms of the supply of resources, the cultivation system and the response to the forward-looking, strategic and systematic problems of basic research, clarifies the important role of basic research in promoting industrial development.This work provides constructive suggestions for the cultivation of innovative talents in basic disciplines represented by physics, provides effective ways and forms for innovative breakthroughs in basic research to promote the development of important national industries,, provides impetus for the construction of a technological, talent, and economic powerhouse.
