数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间影响机制和效应

摘要:

基于当前缺乏视为数字化关键核心要素新组合为数字关键核心技术的考虑,且忽略了经济距离特征和数字新基建距离特征条件下数字化关键核心技术产生的空间效应。为更全面地把握数字关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间影响机制和效应,根据创新发展理论和内生增长理论,将数字化关键核心技术视为数字化关键核心要素的动态组合,多维度构建数字化关键核心要素评价指标体系,基于201 1－202 2年我国31个省份的空间面板数据,通过静态和动态空间面板模型探讨上述两种距离特征条件下,数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间效应。结果表明：数字化关键核心要素和产业高质量发展具有空间集聚性,数字化关键核心要素对产业高质量发展具有空间效应。经济距离特征条件下,数字化资本和数字化人力资本对域外产业高质量发展产生阴影效应；数字新基建距离特征下,资源禀赋具有吸虹作用。数字化人力资本具有牛鞭效应,动态空间模型可以修正静态模型的估计误差。基于此,提出重视数字化关键核心要素禀赋优势,充分发挥数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的正向空间效应；利用集聚和扩散效应,形成域间产业梯度格局,推进域间产业高质量协同发展。

Abstract:

Based on the current lack of digital key core elements as a new combination of digital key core technology, it also ignores the spatial effect of key technologies under the condition of economic distance and digital new infrastructure distance. In order to grasp the spatial influence mechanism and effect of digital key technologies on high-quality development of industry, based on the theory of innovative development and endogenous growth, regarding digitization key core technology as the dynamic combination of digitization key core elements, multi-dimensional construction of digitization key core elements evaluation index system, based on the spatial panel data of 31 provinces in our country from 201 1 to 202 2, this paper discusses the characteristics of the above two distances by static and dynamic spatial panel models, the spatial effect of digital key technologies on high-quality industrial development. The results show that the key elements of digitalization and the high-quality development of industry have spatial agglomeration, and the key elements of digitalization have spatial effect on the high-quality development of industry. Under the condition of economic distance, digital capital and digital human capital have a shadow effect on the high-quality development of foreign industries. Digital human capital has bullwhip effect, and dynamic spatial model can correct the estimation error of static model. Based on this, it is put forward that we should pay attention to the endowment advantages of key core elements of digitalization, make full use of the positive spatial effect of key core technologies of digitalization on the high-quality development of industry, and make use of the agglomeration and diffusion effects, form inter-regional industrial gradient pattern, promote inter-regional industrial coordinated development of high-quality.
