Research Prospects and Reflections on the Theory of Innovation Potential of Basic Research and Its Evaluation System

摘要:

基础研究以其在推动科技创新中发挥的重要作用而逐渐为国家所重视。文章基于对基础研究的认识，创新性地提出了“基础研究创新潜力”这一概念。基于此，前瞻性地讨论了基础研究创新潜力理论及评估体系的构建对完善我国基础研究评估体系、促进基础研究发展的重要性。同时分析了当前我国在基础研究创新潜力研究方面存在的问题并提出了相应建议，以期为我国未来开展基础研究创新潜力的系统研究提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

Basic research has garnered increasing attention from nations due to its important role in advancing technological innovation. Based on the understanding of basic research, this article innovatively introduces the concept of "innovation potential of basic research." Building upon this, it conducts a forward-looking discussion on the development of the theory and evaluation system of innovation potential of basic research. This discourse underscores the significance of enhancing China's evaluation system of basic research and promoting the development of basic research. At the same time, this article analyzes the existing issues in the research of basic research innovation potential in China and puts forward corresponding，in order to provide reference for the systematic exploration of innovation potential of basic research in China in the future.
