Abstract:Intelligence provides more accurate information support for industrial development, realizes data sharing, intelligent collaboration and resource complementarity between industries, and helps industries improve the ability of differentiated production, but its impact mechanism on provincial innovation resilience remains to be studied. Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021, this paper adopts feasible generalized least square method and fixed effect model to empirically analyze the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience and the regional heterogeneity of this impact, and explores the mediating role of the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure and the moderating role of innovative talent agglomeration. The study found that industrial intelligence has significantly improved provincial innovation resilience; industrial intelligence has significant improving roles on provincial innovation resilience in eastern and central regions, but has no significant improving role in western region; industrial structure upgrading and rationalization play a partial mediating role in the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience; innovative talent agglomeration enhances the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the research and development and application of intelligent technology, and guide the development of production factors to a direction of upgrading and rationalization, and increase investment in capital and intensive industries.
