Abstract:In order to deeply explore the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of China""s interprovincial science and technology achievement transfer ability and promote the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, this paper measures the interprovincial science and technology achievement transfer ability from 2011 to 2021 based on the improved entropy method, and uses the spatial trend surface method and exploratory spatial data analysis method to deeply explore its spatio-temporal pattern evolution. It is found that the overall level of interprovincial science and technology achievement transfer ability in China is not high and the difference between provinces is obvious, showing the evolution trend of "human" font from west to east and the reverse "U" shape from north to south. On the spatial trend surface, the spatial differentiation features of "low in the west and high in the east, falling in the north and rising in the south" are presented. There are significant global and local positive spatial agglomeration characteristics in the exploratory space. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given based on the research conclusions.
