Abstract:With the strategic deployment of improving the quality of industrial design to drive the nation's quality enhancement, the issues of imbalance in digital industry development and talent supply shortage have gradually become apparent during the upgrading and transformation of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, as well as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. Taking the ecological differences in the digital creative industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle as the research entry point, this study analyzes the intrinsic mechanisms of the interaction between "industry-talent-education-city". It proposes a construction path for a diversified teaching resource database based on industry needs. According to the differences in the characteristics of the digital industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, the study aims to construct a distinctive talent model that integrates "industry-education-local-government" to tightly align with industry demands.
