创业型大学视域下科技创新的多维治理——基于知识、育人和组织的逻辑统一

A multi-dimensional approach to the governance of technological innovation from the perspective of entrepreneurial universities:the logical unity based on knowledge, cultivation and organization

科技创新体系和知识生产模式的演进推动着大学治理范式的变迁,国内国际双循环、高质量发展、教育优先的新格局使建设新时代创业型大学成为必然趋势。瞄准大学根基与体制冲突,立体剖析创业型大学语境下科技创新发展,横向平衡大学精神、管理价值和国家战略,纵向结合理论模型、国家政策和转型实践,将多重知识、多面育人和多元组织的逻辑统一贯穿其中。解构创业型大学生态系统中参与共治的宏观、中观、微观和外延主体,明确其角色赋予的责任担当；科技联盟各自发挥动能优势、聚力提升体系效能,探寻全链条耦合的中国式现代化高校创新治理。

Abstract:

The evolution of scientific technological innovation system and knowledge production mode shall promote the paradigm transition of university governance. At present, the new patterns of domestic and international dual circulation, high-quality development and education first have made the construction of entrepreneurial universities in the new era an inevitable trend. Pointing the foundation and the conflicts of high education system, the development of scientific technological innovation in the context of entrepreneurial universities was analyzed by multi-dimensional perspectives, including horizontally balancing the varsity spirit, the management value and the national strategies, while vertically combining the theoretical models, the national policies and the transformation practices. The main line running through their innovation governance is the logical unity of the multi-mode knowledge, the multi-faceted cultivation and the diversified organizations. This paper focus on deconstructing the macro-, meso-, microscopic as well as the epitaxial bulks participated in the co-governance of the entrepreneurial university ecosystem, and clarifying the responsibilities assigned by their own roles. The science and technology union give full play to its momentum advantages and enhance the system efficiency cohesively, aiming to explore the fully chain coupled innovation governance of universities toward Chinese modernization.
