    摘要:

    区域创新是我国经济社会发展和新质生产力提升的重要推动力。作为区域创新中的核心驱动力,如何协同知识主体,辨析创新贡献路径是提高我国创新水平,增强我国创新能力的关键之处。为此,在对案例进行研究和过程追踪的基础上,利用FsQCA和动态定性比较分析方法对29个省际区域知识主体组合和时间演化进行分析。分析结果表明,多元协同治理型的均衡知识主体贡献是促进区域创新发展的相对合理组态,而在2004-2019年期间,我国知识主体的创新贡献存在要素波动,并且不同时段的组态贡献存在不均衡的情况,以企业知识主体为主导的理论市场推动型呈现“主导轨迹”、以高校知识主体为主导的基础研发支柱型呈现“缓冲主导轨迹”,二者在创新贡献中长期占重要地位;同时知识主体贡献结构较为稳固集中,但逐渐呈现出散点趋势;因此需要根据区域现实情况因地制宜,在健全创新环境的基础上有效发挥知识主体的组合效能,推动区域创新的提升与发展。

    Abstract:

    Regional innovation is an important driving force for China's economic and social development and the enhancement of new quality productivity. As the core driving force in regional innovation, how to synergize the knowledge subjects and discern the path of innovation contribution is the key to improve China's innovation level and enhance China's innovation capability. To this end, on the basis of case study and process tracking, 29 inter-provincial regional knowledge subject combinations and time evolution are analyzed using FsQCA and dynamic qualitative comparative analysis methods. The analysis results show that the balanced knowledge subject contribution of the multiple synergistic governance type is a relatively reasonable grouping to promote regional innovation development, while during the period of 2004-2019, there are elemental fluctuations in the innovation contribution of China's knowledge subjects, and there is an imbalance in the grouping contribution in different time periods, and the theoretical market-driven type dominated by the enterprise knowledge subjects presents a "dominant trajectory The theoretical market-driven type dominated by enterprise knowledge subjects presents a "dominant trajectory", and the basic R&D pillar type dominated by university knowledge subjects presents a "buffer dominant trajectory", and both of them have long been occupying an important position in innovation contribution; meanwhile, the structure of knowledge subjects' contribution is more solid and concentrated, but gradually presents a scattering trend; therefore, it is necessary to customize according to regional realities, and effectively play the role of innovation contribution based on a sound innovation environment in order to improve the innovation environment. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to regional realities and effectively utilize the combined effectiveness of knowledge subjects on the basis of a sound innovation environment, so as to promote the enhancement and development of regional innovation.
