Abstract:With the widespread application of brain-computer interface technology in fields such as rehabilitation therapy and entertainment, ethical risks such as privacy paradox, technological cocoon, identity dilemma, and responsibility debate are gradually emerging. This article applies the forward-looking and preventive characteristics of responsibility ethics, with the concept of human beings as the research object, and theoretically examines the behavioral motivations of the responsible subjects, objects, and stakeholders of brain-computer interfaces, breaking through the dilemma of traditional responsibility ethics. Propose ethical principles of attribution of responsibility, technological transparency, technological trust, and technological fairness to prevent the harm of technological power to humanity, future humanity, society, and future society.
