科研管理视域下的高校交叉学科创新研究

摘要:

在技术革命和产业发展的新时代背景下,加强交叉学科融合创新发展,能够促进学科之间协同合作、推进高校双一流建设以及社会经济发展。通过讨论交叉学科发展必要性以及存在的困境,发现交叉学科创新虽然取得了一定的成效,但仍然面临着学科交叉的理念意识不足、管理体制和运行机制不完善、多学科背景人才缺乏等问题,并结合个案进行分析,提出组建高起点高标准交叉研究平台、构建交叉人才队伍体系、探索制度创新以及强化组织领导,优化资源配置等建设发展路径,为交叉学科融合创新发展提供模式和对策,不断推动学科发展增长点以及科研竞争力。

Abstract:

Under the background of the new era of technological revolution and industrial development, strengthening the interdisciplinary integration and innovation development can promote the cooperation between disciplines, promote the construction of double first-class colleges and universities and social and economic development. By discussing the necessity and the dilemma, found that interdisciplinary innovation has achieved certain results, but still facing the concept of interdisciplinary consciousness, imperfect management system and operation mechanism, the lack of multidisciplinary background, and combined with the case of analysis, put forward to form a high starting point high standard cross research platform, build cross talent system, explore system innovation and strengthen organizational leadership, optimize the allocation of resources construction development path, for interdisciplinary integration innovation development mode and countermeasures, constantly promote discipline development growth point and scientific research competitiveness.
