摘要:

“创新使命”是我国高等教育的两大根本任务之一，是推动中国式高等教育现代化的关键任务。通过对我国28所理工类高校的105个高校科研团队为对象，讨论团队创新使命对高校科研团队创新效率的深层影响“黑箱”。结果显示：团队创新使命会通过形成团队促进型调节焦点的正向动机，推动高校科研团队创新效率的稳步提升，从而实现理工类高校高质量创新；且变革型领导能够显著促进这一效果。故而，建议相关高校在积极弘扬宣传“创新使命”的同时，还应重视团队创新使命的嵌入机制与转化机制，树立“正确”的高校科研团队工作价值理念，形成“正能量”的团队工作动机，构建高效率的团队创新生态系统。

Abstract:

"Innovative mission" is one of the two fundamental tasks of higher education in China and a key task in promoting the modernization of Chinese style higher education. By focusing on 105 research teams from 28 science and engineering universities in China, this paper discusses the deep impact of team innovation mission on the innovation efficiency of university research teams, known as the "black box". The results show that the team innovation mission will promote the steady improvement of innovation efficiency in university research teams by forming a positive motivation for team promoting regulatory focus, thereby achieving high-quality innovation in science and engineering universities; And transformational leadership can significantly promote this effect. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant universities should not only actively promote and promote the "innovation mission", but also pay attention to the embedding and transformation mechanisms of team innovation missions, establish a "correct" value concept for university research team work, form a "positive energy" team work motivation, and build an efficient team innovation ecosystem.
