医学科技成果转化生态体系建设运营实践——以首都医科大学科技园为例

医学科技成果转化是推动医疗产业发展的关键环节，大学科技园是成果转化的实施机构。因此，大学科技园作为成果转化中链接科研端和产业端的角色，在建设科技成果转化体系，推动成果转化、人才培养中发挥着重要作用。首都医科大学科技园以医学科技成果转化为主题、以医学专业技术服务为特色、以转化人才培养为支撑，建立“校、地、医、企” 等多方参与的新型转化生态体系。实践证明，“校、地、医、企”新型转化体系能够汇集医药创新资源，提高科技成果的创新能力、转化效率和人才培养质量，形成医学科技成果的研发、转化和产业化闭环。从而为医学科技成果转化体系建设和运营提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements is a key link to promote the development of the medical industry. The science and technology parks affiliated to universities are the implementing agency for the transformation of the achievements. Therefore, as a link between scientific research and industry science and technology parks affiliated to universities play an important role in building a system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promoting the transformation of achievements and talent training. With the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements as the theme, medical professional and technical service as the characteristics, and the cultivation of talents of transformation as the support, the Science and Technology Park of Capital Medical University has established a new transformation ecosystem with the collaboration of "schools, localities, hospitals, and enterprises". It has been proved by the practice that the new transformation system of "schools, localities, hospitals and enterprises" can gather pharmaceutical innovative resources, improve the innovating ability, transforming efficiency and talent training quality of scientific and technological achievements, and form a closed loop of R D, transformation and industrialization of medical scientific and technological achievements. The practice has provided reference for the construction and operation of the transformation system of medical scientific and technological achievements.
