浙江与粤苏科技创新能力的比较及提升对策

Research on Comparison and Improvement Countermeasures of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability between Zhejiang and Guangdong and Jiangsu Provinces

摘要:

科技创新是推动经济社会全面发展的重要引擎，科技创新能力是衡量区域科技创新水平和竞争力的重要尺度。从投入强度、平台实力、成果转化三个方面，比较浙江与粤苏两省科技创新能力的差距，分析存在差距的原因，建议浙江从进一步激发科技创新人才队伍的活力、增强基础研究的动力、提升企业自主创新的能力、挖掘开放协同攻关的潜力等多方面采取有效措施，加快提升科技创新能力，赋能区域经济社会高质量发展。

Abstract:

Scientific and technological innovation is an important engine to promote the all-round development of economy and society, and scientific and technological innovation ability is an important measure of regional scientific and technological innovation level and competitiveness. From three aspects of investment intensity, platform strength and achievement transformation, this paper compares the gap between Zhejiang and Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces in science and technology innovation ability, and analyzes the reasons for the gap. In order to accelerate the promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability and enable the high-quality development of regional economy and society, it is suggested that Zhejiang should take effective measures from many aspects, such as further stimulating the vitality of scientific and technological innovation talent team, enhancing the power of basic research, enhancing the ability of independent innovation of enterprises, and tapping the potential of open and collaborative research.
