数字化、服务化对技术创新能力的影响研究 --来自制造企业的经验数据

A study of the impact of digitization and servitization on technological innovation capabilities --Empirical data from manufacturing firms

摘要:

为了保持竞争中的领先地位,许多服务导向的制造企业积极展开数字化业务获取外部资源,来提高自身的技术创新能力。但是,并非所有的制造企业都能达到预期目的。为了解开这一难题,本研究利用动态能力理论来调查数字化、服务化对制造企业技术创新能力的影响,同时考虑了政策不确定性的调节作用。结合326家制造企业的调查数据,采用SPSS25.0和Amos进行数据分析,研究结果表明,数字化、服务化均与技术创新能力呈现出正相关关系；数字化-服务化交互与技术创新能力呈现出负相关关系；政策不确定性负向调节数字化、服务化和技术创新能力的正相关关系。研究结论为数字化、服务化和技术创新能力之间的复杂关系提供了新的解释,打开了二者内在交互影响机理的黑箱并完善了边界条件,为制造企业提升技术创新能力提供了重要参考。

Abstract:

In order to maintain ahead of the competition, many service-oriented manufacturing enterprises actively carry out digital business to obtain external resources to improve their technological innovation capabilities. However, not all manufacturing enterprises can achieve the desired purpose. To unravel this puzzle, this study uses dynamic capability theory to investigate the impact of digitalization and servitization on the technology innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises, and considers the regulatory role of policy uncertainty. Combining the survey data from 326 manufacturing enterprises and using SPSS25.0 and Amos for data analysis, the research results show that digitization and servitization are positively correlated with technology innovation capability; digitization-servitization interactions show a negative correlation with technology innovation capability; policy uncertainty negatively moderates the positive correlation between digitization, servitization and technology innovation capability. The research conclusions provide a new explanation for the complex relationship among digitization, servitization and technology innovation capability, open the black of the mechanism of their internal interaction and improve the boundary conditions, providing an important reference for manufacturing enterprises to improve their technology innovation capability.
