    摘要:

    多元协同创新有助于整合优质资源、共享知识以及激发协同效应,尤其是在突发事件情境下,多元协同创新可以缩短应急科研攻关的响应时间,促进应急科研攻关精准研发,逐渐成为应急科研攻关的主流模式。基于新冠疫情期间应急科研攻关案例调研,以科研禀赋结构为门槛变量,构建双门槛回归模型,实证检验多元协同创新对应急科研攻关绩效的影响。研究发现:(1)多元协同创新对应急科研攻关绩效具有显著的正向激励效应。(2)多元协同创新对应急科研攻关绩效存在显著的基于科研禀赋结构的“双门槛效应”,当科研禀赋结构处于合理区间时,其促进和激励作用显著,且具有稳健性。(3)当科研禀赋结构处于不合理区间时,多元协同创新对应急科研攻关绩效的影响作用不明显,且存在差异性。(4)多元协同创新对应急科研攻关绩效的影响还受到政策支持力度、人力资本强度和技术应用广度等控制变量的正向影响,但是科研创新难度对应急科研攻关绩效的影响尚未显现。

    Abstract:

    Multiple collaborative innovation helps to integrate high-quality resources, share knowledge, and stimulate collaborative effects, especially in emergency situations. Diversified collaborative innovation can shorten the response time of emergency scientific research, promote precise research and development of emergency scientific research, and gradually become the mainstream mode of emergency scientific research. Based on the case study of emergency scientific research during the COVID-19, a double threshold regression model was constructed with the scientific research endowment structure as the threshold variable to empirically test the impact of multiple collaborative innovation on emergency scientific research performance. Research has found that (1) diversified collaborative innovation has a significant positive incentive effect on the performance of emergency scientific research. (2) There is a significant "double threshold effect" based on the research endowment structure on the performance of emergency scientific research through diversified collaborative innovation. When the research endowment structure is within a reasonable range, its promoting and motivating effect is significant and has robustness. (3) When the research endowment structure is in an unreasonable range, the impact of diversified collaborative innovation on the performance of emergency research is not significant and there are differences. (4) The impact of diversified collaborative innovation on the performance of emergency scientific research is also positively influenced by control variables such as policy support, human capital intensity, and technology application breadth. However, the impact of difficulty in scientific research innovation on the performance of emergency scientific research has not yet been apparent.
