Abstract:High initial investment and maintenance costs, as well as the natural competition among knowledge-intensive service organizations, have limited the widespread adoption of blockchain and the development of data-sharing platforms. Through the evolutionary game analysis of the data sharing strategy of knowledge-intensive service industry, a dynamic incentive mechanism for data sharing of knowledge-intensive service organizations based on blockchain smart contracts is constructed. In view of the current situation of data sharing for knowledge-intensive service industry, three influential factors of blockchain investment and maintenance cost, data competition cost and incentive cost/benefit are introduced into the game model, and the evolutionary stability strategy of inter-organizational data sharing is analyzed by replication dynamic equation. This study designs data sharing incentive rules and uses smart contract technology to dynamically adjust incentive costs/benefits to encourage service organizations to actively participate in data sharing. The simulation results show that when the service organization accepts the incentive benefits that meet the conditions of data sharing strategy, the proportion of data sharing participants reaches saturation eventually, and the greater the incentive benefits, the faster the speed of approaching saturation state. The incentive cost for different data sharing strategies not only effectively increases the willingness of knowledge-intensive service organizations to select data sharing, but also brings additional revenue to the knowledge-intensive service data sharing platform.
