Abstract:Digitalization and intelligence play an important role in promoting the servitization of the manufacturing industry, based on the combing of domestic and foreign research, this paper clarifies the development path of the servitization of the manufacturing industry from the two levels of technological innovation and business model innovation, and compares and analyzes the three levels of subject, mode and application effect, and identifies and summarizes the key behaviors and their interrelationships in the three stages of servitization transformation. The results show that in the era of digital intelligence, the internal organizational environment of manufacturing enterprises is more important for digital technology innovation, and the dynamics of the external market environment will have an important impact on business model innovation. In the early stage or in the face of market changes, enterprises adopt business model innovation, and with the growth of enterprises and the intensification of market competition, technological innovation becomes more and more important.
