    摘要:

    微创新是专精特新企业破解“卡脖子”问题实现技术跨越的重要途径。专精特新企业的发展是目前学术界研究的热点,但当前对于专精特新微创新的动力因素和阶段理解尚不够深入。本研究从企业年报、企业网站和学术期刊收集相关二手资料,运用python进行文本挖掘、专利引用网络分析确定数字化转型程度高的专精特新微创新企业,运用扎根理论的编码技术进行数据处理,研究构建专精特新企业微创新动力机制模型,并以其中的两家典型企业为例,采用案例分析法研究微创新的不同阶段和各个阶段的影响因素及影响因素间的交互作用。研究表明:(1)行业环境和合作伙伴是外部导向因素,知识生态和组织能力是内部驱动因素,数字基础设施和数字经济是强化因素;(2)微创新分为微创新机会识别与框定、不断试错和快速迭代、一轮微创新实现三个阶段,其中在不断试错和快速迭代阶段中企业的知识生态和组织能力相互作用,行业环境、合作伙伴为微创新的外部导向,数字基础设施、数字经济为微创新提供数字赋能。基于此,提出注重企业知识生态的构建和组织能力的培养、不断的适应外部环境并加强合作伙伴之间的联系、发展企业的数字基础设施,政府促进企业外部数字经济发展的建议。

    Abstract:

    Micro-innovation is an important way for specialized new enterprises to solve the "stuck" problem and achieve technological leaps. The development of specialized, special and new enterprises is currently a hot topic in academic research, but the current understanding of the driving factors and stages of specialized, special and new micro-innovations is not yet deep enough. This study collected relevant secondary data from corporate annual reports, corporate websites and academic journals, used Python for text mining and patent citation network analysis to identify specialized, new and micro-innovative enterprises with a high degree of digital transformation, and used grounded theory coding technology for data processing. , study and construct a dynamic mechanism model of micro-innovation in specialized and special new enterprises, and take two typical enterprises as examples to use case analysis method to study the different stages of micro-innovation and the influencing factors and interactions between influencing factors at each stage. . Research shows that (1) industry environment and partners are external guiding factors, knowledge ecology and organizational capabilities are internal driving factors, and digital infrastructure and digital economy are reinforcing factors; (2) Micro-innovation is divided into micro-innovation opportunity identification and There are three stages: framing, continuous trial and error and rapid iteration, and a round of micro-innovation implementation. In the continuous trial and error and rapid iteration stage, the enterprise"s knowledge ecology and organizational capabilities interact with each other. The industry environment and partners are the external factors of micro-innovation. Orientation, digital infrastructure and digital economy provide digital empowerment for micro-innovation. Based on this, it is proposed to focus on the construction of enterprise knowledge ecology and the cultivation of organizational capabilities, constantly adapt to the external environment and strengthen the connection between partners, develop the enterprise"s digital infrastructure, and the government promote the development of the enterprise"s external digital economy.
