本文全面回顾了企业知识产权管理的国外研究发展历程，分析了重点主题，提出了相应的整体性框架。首先，为呈现展示该主题研究的历史全貌，本文梳理了相关研究的发展历程，用演进脉络图直观展示了多个研究主题的全景及其文献引证关系，揭示了研究发展历史上的关键节点。其次，本文深入剖析了各研究主题间的内在逻辑关联，并对研究内容加以评述和探讨。在此基础上，本文提出了企业知识产权管理国外研究的整体性框架，理清了相关主要理论演绎的内在逻辑，总结了知识产权管理提升企业竞争力的内在机制。最后，本文对未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

This paper comprehensively reviews the foreign research development of enterprise intellectual property management, analyzes key themes, and proposes a corresponding comprehensive framework. Firstly, to present the historical panorama of this research theme, this paper delineates the development process of relevant studies, intuitively demonstrating the panorama of multiple research topics and their citation relationships through an evolutionary context map, revealing key nodes in the history of research development. Secondly, this paper delves into the inherent logical connections among various research topics, providing commentary and discussion on the research content. Based on this foundation, this paper proposes a comprehensive framework for foreign research on enterprise intellectual property management, clarifying the inherent logic of relevant major theoretical deductions, and summarizing the internal mechanisms of intellectual property management that enhance enterprise competitiveness. Finally, this paper offers prospects for future research directions.
