Abstract:Colleges and universities are the core backbone of China"s strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology, and they are also the main battlefield for basic theoretical research and scientific and technological breakthroughs. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way for colleges and universities to fully release the value of scientific and technological innovation and enhance their own endogenous power of scientific and technological innovation, and it is also a key way to accelerate the construction of an ecological environment for scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation. At present, China"s universities have produced abundant scientific and technological achievements, but the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is not satisfactory.
