摘要:

【目的】旨在探讨人工智能时代科技期刊的发展机遇与挑战,以期为期刊在这一新技术背景下的发展提供有益的指导和建议。【方法】通过文献查找和分析,对人工智能及其应用领域进行了介绍,并系统地分析了其对科技期刊发展的机遇和挑战。【结果】ChatGPT等人工智能的横空出世给科技期刊行业带来更多发展机遇,包括革新读者的阅读方式与体验、拓展期刊的宣传渠道、提高出版效率、推动科技期刊创新、促进学术合作与创新。同时,也存在带来误导性观点、侵犯个人隐私、产生伦理与版权方面的问题、加大编辑竞争与业务要求、对审稿提出更高要求等方面的挑战。【结论】在迎接AI时代的到来中,我们应以开放态度拥抱新技术,注重创新与情感交互,适应新技术并提升专业素养和技能水平,实现AI技术与伦理价值的和谐共生,同时加强审查监管以提防人工智能生成内容(AICG)带来的潜在风险。

Abstract:

[Objective]This study aims to explore the development opportunities and challenges for scientific journals in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), in order to provide useful guidance and recommendations for their development in this new technological context.[Methods] Through literature search and analysis, AI and its application domains are introduced, and the opportunities and challenges it presents for the development of scientific journals are systematically analyzed.[Results] The emergence of AI technologies like ChatGPT has brought more development opportunities to the scientific journal industry, including innovative ways of reading and experiencing for readers, expanded channels for journal promotion, improved publishing efficiency, promotion of journal innovation, and facilitation of academic collaboration and innovation. At the same time, there are also challenges such as misleading viewpoints, invasion of personal privacy, ethical and copyright issues, increased competition and business demands for editors, and higher requirements for peer review.[Conclusion] In embracing the arrival of the AI era, we should adopt an open-minded attitude towards new technologies, emphasize innovation and emotional interaction, adapt to new technologies while enhancing professional competence and skills, achieve a harmonious coexistence between AI technology and ethical values, and strengthen review and supervision to guard against potential risks posed by AI-generated content (AICG).
