    摘要:

    明确建筑企业在绿色技术创新方面的发展现状和驱动力量,对实现建筑业绿色可持续发展具有重要意义。以我国37家建筑企业上市公司微观数据为例,采用三阶段DEA模型测算了2016-2021年建筑企业上市公司的绿色技术创新效率,在此基础上通过Tobit模型分析企业内部特征因素对效率的影响。研究结果发现:剔除环境因素和随机干扰影响后,企业绿色技术创新效率明显上升,且呈倒“U”型趋势;国有企业与非国有企业相比绿色技术创新效率发展相对稳定,不容易受外部市场变化所干扰;房屋装饰及其它建筑业较土木工程建筑业绿色技术创新能力更强,但其波动大于土木工程建筑业,易受外部市场环境影响;企业无形资产、企业规模、企业盈利能力对绿色技术创新效率呈现显著正向影响,而股权集中度呈现显著负向影响。

    Abstract:

    Clarifying the development status and driving force of construction enterprises in green technological innovation is of great significance for realising the green and sustainable development of the construction industry. Taking the micro data of 37 listed companies of construction enterprises in China as an example, the three-stage DEA model was used to measure the green technology innovation efficiency of listed companies of construction enterprises from 2016 to 2021, based on which the influence of the internal characteristic factors of enterprises on the efficiency was analysed through the Tobit model. The results of the study found that: after removing the influence of environmental factors and random interference, the green technology innovation efficiency of the enterprise rises significantly and shows an inverted "U" trend; the development of green technology innovation efficiency of state-owned enterprises is relatively stable compared with that of non-state-owned enterprises, and is not easily interfered with by changes in the external market; the green technology innovation capacity of the housing decoration and other construction industry is stronger than that of the civil engineering construction industry, but it is not as strong as that of the civil engineering construction industry. Green technology innovation ability is stronger, but its fluctuation is larger than that of civil engineering construction industry, which is easily affected by the external market environment; enterprise intangible assets, enterprise scale, enterprise profitability has a significant positive impact on the green technology innovation efficiency, while equity concentration has a significant negative impact.
