Abstract:In the era of the digital economy, the rapid development of a new generation of information technology puts forward higher requirements for the coordination of patents and standards. To achieve high-quality innovation and development, the digital economy industry must adapt to the requirements of the new era and the competitive landscape, and promote the co-evolution of patents and standards. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of patent and standard synergy in the field of China"s digital economy in the context of digital economy from three aspects: perception, capture and reconstruction, and draws on the practical experience of international patent and standard synergy in representative countries or regions such as the United States, the European Union, Japan and South Korea to build a patent and standard collaborative competitiveness system. China should further clarify the idea of synergy between patents and standards, promote the deep integration of patents and standards by improving the perception, capture, and reconstruction ability, and help the high-quality development of the digital economy industry.
