本研究围绕宁波舟山港在不同风险情境下企业创新链演进对韧性的影响进行分析。研究发现:一是创新链的构建与韧性激活,企业通过技术创新活动与多元创新主体链接,满足市场需求同时增强组织韧性。二是创新链演进与市场需求满足,企业将创新资源转化为创新能力,通过非线性流转和反馈建立开放循环系统,响应市场需求,提升组织韧性。三是创新链与组织韧性的嵌套共生关系,有效整合创新链加强信息和资源流转,增强韧性的完整性和可循环性。本研究为企业如何在变化的市场环境中通过创新链提升韧性提供了实践指导,强调在遵循ESG全球准则的同时,企业应加强技术创新与市场需求管理的结合,转变竞争为合作,以实现可持续发展目标。

Abstract:

This study analyzes the impact of the evolution of the innovation chain on resilience in various risk scenarios at the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. The findings are threefold: Firstly, the construction of the innovation chain and the activation of resilience are achieved as enterprises link with a diversity of innovation agents through technological innovation activities, simultaneously catering to market demands and bolstering organizational resilience. Secondly, the evolution of the innovation chain in satisfying market demands involves transforming innovation resources into capabilities. By establishing an open-loop system through nonlinear circulation and feedback, enterprises respond to market demands, thereby enhancing organizational resilience. Thirdly, the symbiotic relationship between the innovation chain and organizational resilience is characterized by the effective integration of the innovation chain, strengthening the flow of information and resources, and enhancing the integrity and recyclability of resilience. This research provides practical guidance for enterprises on enhancing resilience through the innovation chain in a changing market environment. It emphasizes the importance of integrating technology innovation with market demand management while adhering to ESG global standards, advocating a shift from competition to cooperation to achieve sustainable development goals.
