企业高价值发明专利对区域出口技术复杂度的影响研究

中国与各国之间的贸易竞争愈发激烈,中国出口贸易迫切需要从扩大出口规模转变为强调出口技术水平的提升,《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021-2035年)》中提到把高价值发明专利作为发展目标之一,以此来提升出口技术水平,实现高水平对外开放。因此,本研究剖析高价值发明专利发展对区域出口技术复杂度的影响具有一定的现实意义。研究选取中国内地30个省份为研究对象,基于近十年曾获得中国专利金奖企业的发明专利数据,运用空间面板模型和门槛效应模型,实证分析高价值发明专利对区域出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现高价值发明专利不仅对本地区的出口技术复杂度具有推动效应,同时对毗邻地区存在显著的空间溢出效应；高价值发明专利对中东部地区的出口技术复杂度的空间溢出效应为正向的促进作用,对西部地区为负向的抑制作用；随着高价值发明专利发展水平的提升,其对区域出口技术复杂度的影响由负向抑制作用变为正向促进作用,且正向促进作用表现为边际递减的特征。

Abstract:

The trade competition between China and other countries is becoming increasingly fierce, and China"s export trade urgently needs to shift from expanding export scale to emphasizing the improvement of export technology level. The "Outline for Building an Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035)" mentions making high-value invention patents one of the development goals to improve export technology level and achieve high-level opening up to the outside world. Therefore, this study has certain practical significance in analyzing the impact of high-value invention patent development on the complexity of regional export technology. The study selected 30 provinces in mainland China as the research objects, based on the invention patent data of enterprises that have won the Chinese Patent Gold Award in the past decade, and used spatial panel model and threshold effect model to empirically analyze the impact of high-value invention patents on regional export technology complexity. Research has found that high-value invention patents not only have a driving effect on the complexity of export technology in the region, but also have a significant spatial spillover effect on adjacent areas; The spatial spillover effect of high-value invention patents on the complexity of export technology in the central and eastern regions is positive, while it has a negative inhibitory effect on the western regions; With the improvement of the development level of high-value invention patents, their impact on the complexity of regional export technology has changed from a negative inhibitory effect to a positive promoting effect, and the positive promoting effect is characterized by a marginal decrease.
