基于ECM-IS模型的中小企业SaaS ERP持续使用意愿研究

A Study on the Continuous Usage Intention of SaaS ERP in SMEsBased on ECM-IS Model

摘要:

SaaS ERP作为企业数字化转型的重要方式,越来越受到学术界和实务界的重视。但是现有SaaS ERP研究大多集中在SaaS ERP采纳有关问题的探讨上,对SaaS ERP的持续使用意愿研究还很缺乏。本文参照技术-组织-环境(TOE)框架对信息系统持续使用模型(ECM-IS)进行了拓展,构建了客户持续使用意愿的结构方程模型,从一家国内生鲜配送行业SaaS ERP行业领军企业收集相关数据,经过实证分析得到了如下结论：任务-技术匹配度和组织沟通正向影响期望确认,转换成本在满意度和持续使用意愿之间起负向调节作用。

Abstract:

As an important way of enterprise Digital transformation, SaaS ERP has been paid more and more attention by academic and practical circles. However, most of the existing research on SaaS ERP has focused on exploring issues related to its adoption, and there is still a lack of research on the willingness to continue using SaaS ERP. This article extends the Information System Continuous Use Model (ECM-IS) by referring to the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework, and constructs an impact mechanism model of customer continuous use intention. This study collected relevant data from a leading enterprise in the SaaS ERP industry in the domestic fresh food distribution industry. Empirical studies have shown that task technology fit and organizational communication positively affect the confirmation of expectations, and switching costs play a negative moderating role between satisfaction and willingness to continue to use.
