Abstract:The article systematically reviews the current state and trends in The Reform of Empowering Job-Related Scientific and Technological Achievements through a bibliometric analysis of relevant literature in the CNKI Journal Database. The research reveals an increasing trend in the number of publications. Analyzing the changing trends in publication volume exposes shifts in research hotspots. Keywords such as the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, mixed ownership, job inventions, universities, and technological achievements exhibit high frequencies, indicating the academic community"s keen interest in these focal points.Cluster analysis discloses that the current academic focus revolves around four main research themes: the analysis and practical exploration of issues related to The Reform of Empowering Job-Related Scientific and Technological Achievements, analysis of the attribution of scientific and technological achievements from a legal and institutional perspective, research on the reform of mixed ownership in The Reform of Empowering Job-Related Scientific and Technological Achievements, and the reform of ownership of scientific and technological achievements in universities. The study identifies shortcomings in current research, such as limited foresight and insufficient analysis of local situations. To address these issues, recommendations for future research are proposed, emphasizing a greater focus on the implementation details of reform practices, innovation in legal systems, and suggested improvements.
