Abstract:Absrtact: The sharing of scientific and technological resources promotes the collaborative innovation of Industry, university and research, and promotes the open sharing of scientific and technological resources. By analyzing the problems existing in the industry-university-research collaborative innovation of science and technology resource sharing service in China, and referring to the experience of the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union as well as the actual construction of our country, this paper proposes a new "platform-type" resource service innovation model, expounds the framework structure and operation mechanism, and analyzes the functional chain and innovation characteristics by taking National Science and Technology Resources Sharing Service Innovation Alliance as an example. It also puts forward an important mechanism to guarantee its benign operation, and provides a useful reference for the construction and development of the collaborative innovation mode of "platform-type" science and technology resources serving industry, university and research in China. The healthy development of"Platform-type" resource service innovation mode should not only attach great importance to the standardization, standardization, right confirmation and transaction of scientific and technological resources, but also strengthen the management of distributed scientific and technological resources sharing, to build an independent and controllable industrial ecology, we should also correctly deal with the opportunities and challenges of the development of science and technology innovation at home and abroad.
