Measurement of High Quality Development Level and Regional Gap of China's Strategic Emerging Industries

摘要:

采用熵值法、核密度估计与基尼系数分析中国战略性新兴产业高质量发展水平及区域差距。研究发现：中国战略性新兴产业高质量发展水平总体呈现上升趋势，产业规模贡献最大，其次为产业效益与产业创新，最后为产业融资。从战略性新兴产业高质量发展水平区域差距看，东部地区战略性新兴产业高质量发展整体水平大幅领先于中部地区、西部地区与东北部地区。中部地区战略性新兴产业高质量发展水平增长速度较快，西部与东北地区战略性新兴产业高质量发展长期处于相对较低水平。从战略性新兴产业梯度分布看，中国战略性新兴产业高质量发展水平呈三级阶梯状，京津冀与长三角地区领跑战略性新兴产业，珠三角地区辐射作用较弱。基于此，文章提出拓展战略性新兴产业发展空间、提高产业效益转化、加强珠三角地区战略性新兴产业辐射作用的建议，以期为中国战略性新兴产业高质量发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The entropy value method, nuclear density method, and Gini coefficient analysis analysis of the high -quality development level and regional gap between China's strategic emerging industries. Studies have found that China's strategic emerging industries have a rise in high -quality development level, the largest contribution of industrial scale, followed by industrial benefits and industrial innovation, and finally financing for industries. From the perspective of the regional gap between the high -quality development level of strategic emerging industries, the overall level of the high -quality development of strategic emerging industries in the eastern region has greatly ahead of the central, western regions and northeast regions. The high -quality development level of strategic emerging industries in the central region has grown rapidly. The high -quality development of strategic emerging industries in the west and northeast regions has been at a relatively low level for a long time. From the perspective of provincial strategic emerging industries, China's strategic emerging industry's high -quality development level is three -level staircase. The Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration leads strategic emerging industries. The radiation effect of the Pearl River Delta region is weak. Based on this, the article puts forward suggestions for expanding the development of strategic emerging industries, improving industrial benefits, and strengthening the radiation role of strategic emerging industries in the Pearl River Delta region, in order to provide reference for the high -quality development of China's strategic emerging industries.
