基于产业划分探究人工智能技术采纳影响因素

Exploring the Factors Influencing the Adoption of Artificial Intelligence Technology Based on Industry Segmentation

摘要:

人工智能技术伴随科技的进步逐渐走入大众视野。由于其出错率低,使用效率高,在生产、农业等领域得到了广泛的应用。目前,大部分学者重点研究人工智能应用后的效能,对人工智能技术采纳的困境研究较少。本文以文献综述的形式,对2013-2023年发表的相关学术文献进行梳理,明确人工智能技术采纳内涵。在此基础上,本文将研究对象划分为第一、第二、第三产业,并对各行业人工智能引入的影响因素进行文献研究,最终构建人工智能技术采纳影响因素模型。结果显示,各行业的影响因子具有一定的一致性,企业与个人在人工智能技术采纳中所扮演的角色是互动的。本研究对推动人工智能技术的采纳应用具有指导意义和实践意义,对我国今后人工智能应用的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence technology has gradually entered the public eye with the advancement of technology. Due to its low error rate and high usage efficiency, it has been widely used in production, agriculture and other fields. At present, most scholars focus on studying the effectiveness of artificial intelligence applications, and there is relatively little research on the challenges of adopting artificial intelligence technology. This article reviews relevant academic literature published from 2013 to 2023 in the form of literature review, clarifying the connotation of the adoption of artificial intelligence technology. On this basis, this article divides the research object into the first, second, and third industries, and conducts literature research on the influencing factors of artificial intelligence introduction in each industry, ultimately constructing a model of the influencing factors of artificial intelligence technology adoption. The results show that the influencing factors of various industries have a certain degree of consistency, and the roles played by enterprises and individuals in the adoption of artificial intelligence technology are interactive. This study has guiding and practical significance for promoting the adoption and application of artificial intelligence technology, and has certain reference significance for the future development of artificial intelligence applications in China.
