数字经济对区域高级人力资本的影响 ——基于门槛效应的实证检验

摘要:

数字经济已成为我国新发展阶段促进经济高质量发展的助推引擎,数字经济的发展是否会影响区域高级人力资本,并对周边地区产生空间溢出效应。本研究基于2011—2020年31省级面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型和门槛模型,实证检验数字经济对区域高级人力资本的影响,以及城镇化水平和高级人力资本的门槛效应。研究发现:数字经济可以促进区域高级人力资本的增长,并且具有空间溢出效应；城镇化水平和高级人力资本在数字经济对高级人力资本的影响中具有门槛效应；不同地区数字经济对区域高级人力资本的影响具有异质性。因此,我国应当大力发展数字经济,合理配置资源,促进各地均衡充分的发展,促进高级人力资本的增长,加速由人力资源大国向人力资本强国的迈进,实现经济的高质量发展。

Abstract:

Digital economy has become a boost engine to promote high-quality economic development in China"s new development stage. Whether the development of digital economy will affect regional senior human capital and produce spatial spillover effects on surrounding areas. Based on the panel data of 31 provincial levels from 2011 to 2020, this study uses spatial Durbin model and threshold model to empirically test the impact of digital economy on regional senior human capital, as well as the threshold effect of urbanization level and senior human capital. The results show that digital economy can promote the growth of regional advanced human capital, and has a spatial spillover effect; Urbanization level and advanced human capital have threshold effect in the impact of digital economy on advanced human capital. The influence of digital economy on regional advanced human capital is heterogeneous in different regions. Therefore, our country should vigorously develop digital economy, rationally allocate resources, promote the balanced and full development of all places, promote the growth of senior human capital, accelerate the transformation from a big human resource country to a strong human capital country, and achieve a high-quality economic development.
