数字经济赋能农业全产业链发展的作用机制 ——基于临颍县的经验与困境分析

摘要:

数字经济是农业全产业链发展的重要驱动力。数字经济通过实现农业产业链的延链补链壮链、提升农业全产业链生产效率、聚集农业全产业链发展要素、促进农业全产业链增值增效等方面提高农业产业链的现代化水平。以临颍县辣椒全产业链数字化转型为例，通过剖析其主要做法和成效，验证数字经济赋能农业全产业链发展的作用机制，并进一步探讨总结了其中的先进经验，同时发现数字经济在农村数字基础设施建设、数字人才支撑、数据共享、农业数字化等方面还存在一些不足，影响了其赋能效应的发挥。基于此，为更好地发挥数字经济赋能农业全产业链发展的效应，需要强化农业数字化技术的创新和应用，还需加强农村数字基础设施建设、培育数字人才、完善数据共享机制，以及提高农业全产业链发展与数字经济的匹配度。

Abstract:

Digital economy is an important driving force for the development of the whole agricultural industry chain. The digital economy improves the modernization level of the agricultural industry chain by realizing the extension and strengthening of the agricultural industry chain, improving the production efficiency of the whole agricultural industry chain, gathering the development factors of the whole agricultural industry chain, and promoting the value-added and efficiency of the whole agricultural industry chain. Taking the digital transformation of the whole agricultural industry chain of chili peppers in Linying County as an example, this paper analyzes its main practices and effects, verifies the mechanism of digital economy enabling the development of the whole agricultural industry chain, further discusses and summarizes the advanced experience in it, and finds that the digital economy still has some shortcomings in rural digital infrastructure construction, digital talent support, data sharing, agricultural digitalization and other aspects, and these deficiencies affect the enabling effect of the digital economy. In order to better play the effect of the digital economy enabling the development of the whole agricultural industry chain, it is not only necessary to strengthen the innovation and application of agricultural digital technology, but also to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure, cultivate digital talents, improve the data sharing mechanism, and improve the matching degree between the development of the whole agricultural industry chain and the digital economy.
