开放式创新对专精特新企业创新绩效的影响研究

“专精特新”企业的发展已经成为中国经济发展关注的重点之一,如何提高其创新绩效是学术界关注的焦点问题。本文基于 2012-2022年A股专精特新板块上市公司数据,实证分析了开放式创新对“专精特新”企业创新绩效的影响及作用机制。实证结果显示,开放式创新对专精特新企业创新绩效存在正向影响,并且该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。机制分析表明,开放式创新可以通过专业化、精细化、特色化、新颖化促进企业创新绩效提高。分样本回归发现,开放式创新对“专精特新”企业创新绩效的促进作用与中介机制在技术密集型企业和供应链稳定性强的企业更为显著。本文研究结论对于深入推进“专精特新”企业创新和开放式创新战略具有重要的政策启示。

Abstract:

The development of "specialized and special new" enterprises has become one of the focuses of China"s economic development, and how to improve their innovation performance is the focus of academic attention. Based on the data of listed companies in A-share specialized and specialized new sector from 2012 to 2022, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of open innovation on the innovation performance of "specialized and specialized and specialized new" enterprises and its mechanism. The empirical results show that open innovation has a positive impact on the innovation performance of specialized enterprises, and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. Mechanism analysis shows that open innovation can promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance through specialization, refinement, specificity and novelty. Sub-sample regression shows that the promotion effect and intermediary mechanism of open innovation on the innovation performance of "specialized and special new" enterprises are more significant in technology-intensive enterprises and enterprises with strong supply chain stability. The research conclusion of this paper has important policy implications for further promoting the innovation and open innovation strategy of "specialized and special new" enterprises.
