数字经济对智能制造业产业链韧性的影响机理分析 ——基于2011-2020省级面板数据的实证检验

Mechanism Analysis of the Impact of Digital Economy on the Resilience of Smart Manufacturing Industry Chain：An Empirical Test Based on Provincial Panel Data during 2011 to 2020

摘要:

数字经济作为科技革命的新力量,为产业链韧性的提升提供了新动力,深入探究数字经济对智能制造业产业链韧性的影响对维护产业链安全稳定具有重要意义。文章从新要素、新模式、新产业、新业态四个方面详细推演了数字经济对智能制造业产业链韧性的影响机理,并利用2011-2020年我国省级面板数据,深入探究数字经济与智能制造业产业链韧性之间的关系与作用机制。结果表明:数字经济对智能制造业产业链韧性具有显著促进作用,对东部地区以及盈利能力强的产业链影响更为显著；机制检验结果显示,数字经济可通过促进产业创新和产业协同集聚两条途径影响智能制造业产业链韧性。结合研究结论,提出在数字经济背景下提升产业链韧性的政策建议。

Abstract:

The digital economy, as a new force of the scientific and technological revolution, provides a new impetus for the enhancement of the toughness of the industrial chain, and in-depth exploration of the impact of the digital economy on the resilience of the intelligent manufacturing industry chain is of great significance to the preservation of the security and stabilization of the industrial chain. In this paper, the impact mechanism of digital economy on the industrial chain resilience of intelligent manufacturing industry was elaborated from four aspects: new elements, new models, new industries, and new formats, and the relationship and mechanism between digital economy and the industrial chain resilience of intelligent manufacturing industry was deeply explored by using China"s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020. The study reveals that the digital economy can contribute significantly to the resilience of the smart manufacturing industry chain, and the impact on the eastern region and the industry chain with strong profitability is more significant; the results of the mechanism test show that the digital economy can affect the resilience of the smart manufacturing industry chain through promoting industrial innovation and industrial synergistic agglomeration in two ways. Combined with the research conclusions, this paper puts forward policy suggestions for improving the resilience of the industrial chain in the context of digital economy.
