基于科学数据与文献融合的学科关注度评价研究——以植物学为例

Evaluation of Subject Research Attention Based on Use of Scientific Data and Literature —Take Botany as an Example

常规分析学科研究关注度和研究热点的方法是基于科学文献识别其中的关键词,为了完善常规的研究热点评估方法,本文将科学数据与科学文献相关联, 形成科学内容的完整体, 使文献和数据共同服务于学科关注度评价,以植物学为例,建立了一套学科关注度评估方法,以期为科研管理政策制定和科研布局规划提供评价信息。经专家咨询和数学方法验证,该方法构建合理,评价结果符合科研人员的普遍认识,可推广到其他学科的关注度评估。研究工作同时给出两条建议:1、加强科学数据关注度在科研评价中的作用。2、加强在科研布局中科学数据与文献数据融合。

Abstract:

Conventional analysis of subject research attention and research method is based on the scientific literature to identify the Keywords. In order to improve the conventional research evaluation method, this paper associated scientific data and? literature, forming the scientific content of the whole, making the literature and data jointly serve the subject attention evaluation. In botany, for example, this paper established a set of subject attention assessment method, in order to provide evaluation information for scientific research management policy and scientific research layout planning. After expert consultation and mathematical method verification, this method can be constructed reasonably, and the evaluation results are in line with the general understanding of researchers, and can be extended to the attention assessment of other disciplines. At the same time, two suggestions are given: 1. Strengthen the role of scientific data attention in scientific research evaluation.2. Strengthen the integration of scientific data and literature in scientific research layout.
