Abstract:Blockchain driven digital governance of food safety is the process of transitioning from traditional technological paradigms to digital new technological paradigms in the operation and supervision of food supply chains. The main reason for food safety issues is due to information asymmetry. Starting from the perspective of the information ecosystem, this article analyzes the multiple difficulties of blockchain in digital governance, including participation, supervision, educational cognition, and technological application. Based on the construction of theoretical logic, solutions are proposed from optimizing the quality of information content, promoting collaborative participation of information subjects, promoting information technology integration, and promoting system element coupling. The theoretical framework of how digital transformation based on blockchain and other information technologies can achieve social governance of food safety is revealed. At the same time, this article constructs an overall framework for the food safety social governance information ecosystem based on blockchain technology, providing a practical reference for promoting the digital transformation of various information subjects.
