粤港澳大湾区视域下广州创新生态系统发展研究

Study on the Development of Innovation Ecosystem in Guangzhou from the Perspective of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要:

高效健康的创新生态系统是广州市建设“双创”示范基地的重要保障和重要途径。本文通过构建创新生态系统模型，深入分析了粤港澳大湾区视域下广州市创新生态系统的发展现状，发现在当前广州市创新生态系统中，存在创新资源整体协调体制不健全、创新平台发展不充分、创新主体互动交流有待加强、创新环境的支撑作用有待强化、国际合作创新需要提升等问题。基于此，本文建议一是政府出台更具针对性和有效性的政策，优化协同创新政策环境；二是大力发展大数据、人工智能产业，提升创新平台质量；三是搭建创新平台公共服务体系，推动创新协同发展；四是完善基础设施建设，为协同创新提供生态环境支持；五是推动独立自主和学习引进并重，打造国际创新合作新生态等。

Abstract:

An efficient and healthy innovation ecosystem is an important guarantee and way for Guangzhou to build a demonstration base for mass entrepreneurship and innovation. By structuring an innovation ecosystem model, this paper analyzes the development status of Guangzhou"s innovation ecosystem from the perspective of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and finds that there are some problems in the current innovation ecosystem of Guangzhou, such as incomplete coordination system of innovation resources, inadequacy of the development of innovation platforms, infrequence of the interaction and exchange of innovation entities, weakness of the supporting role of innovation environment, and lower level of the international cooperation and innovation. So this paper suggests that: First, the government should introduce more targeted and effective policies to optimize the policy environment for collaborative innovation. Second, vigorously develop big data and artificial intelligence industries to improve the quality of innovation platforms; Third, build an innovation platform public service system to promote the coordinated development of innovation; Fourth, improve infrastructure construction to provide ecological and environmental support for collaborative innovation; Fifth, promote independence, learning and introduction, and create a new ecology for international innovation cooperation.
