A Review of Research on Patent Portfolio Identification Methods Based on Systematic Review Approach

摘要:

[目的/意义]系统梳理归纳专利组合识别方法，为开展知识产权保护、实现产品技术关联、产业领域集成提供参考。[方法/过程]从中国知网和web of Science数据库筛选了70篇专利组合识别方法的代表性文献，采用系统综述法在归纳各方法核心依据的基础上，根据信息源梳理了识别方法的类别体系，并基于此对未来研究方向进行了探索性分析。[结果/结论]既有研究形成了三大视角9个子类的识别方法体系，以专利技术相似性为核心，通过技术主题信息的提取识别组合成员。相对地，相关研究忽略了专利组合在技术保护实践中的价值与意义，缺乏对专利组合内在权利关系的关注。未来的研究应进一步聚焦专利组合形成的权利属性，开展融合多种识别依据与模型的专利组合识别方法研究。

Abstract:

[Purpose /significance] Systematically summarize the patent portfolio identification methods, and provide reference for intellectual property protection, product technology correlation and industry integration. [Method /process] 70 representative literatures on patent portfolio identification methods were selected from CNKI and web of Science. On the basis of summarizing the identification basis of each method, systematic review methodology was adopted to sort out the classification system of the identification methods according to the information source, and based on this, an exploratory analysis was made for the future research. [Result /conclusion] The existing research formed an identification method system with 9 sub-categories from three perspectives, taking the patent technology similarity as the core, and identifying the group members through the extraction of technical topic information. On the contrary, the relevant researches ignore the value and significance of patent portfolio in technology protection practice, and lack of attention to the inherent rights relationship of patent portfolio. Future research should further focus on the right attributes of patent portfolio formation, and carry out research on patent portfolio identification methods integrating multiple identification bases and models.
