基于元分析的企业科技创新投入影响因素研究

Research on the Determinants of Enterprises" Scientific Innovation Investment: A Meta-analytical Review

摘要:

本文运用元分析方法对国内外关于企业科技创新投入的内外部影响因素及其作用机制的107篇相关研究文献进行分析，得到了结论如下：政府补助、企业规模增大、股权激励的提供都会显著促进企业创新投入；企业年龄的增大一定程度上会促进企业创新投入，但不显著。股权集中度、行业集中度都与企业创新投入负相关。基于分析结论对政策和企业管理两方面提出四点建议：（1）政府应该出台鼓励中央和地方对科技研发投入的政策；（2）政府应该引入市场竞争机制，提高资源配置效率；（3）企业应扩大规模并延长经营时间，以获取更多资源，进而增强创新能力；（4）企业应该优化公司治理体系，减少股权集中度，同时提供股权激励。

Abstract:

By using the meta-analysis method to analyze 107 relevant research papers on the internal and external influencing factors and mechanisms of enterprise investment in scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad, obtained the following conclusions: government subsidies, increase in enterprise scale, and the provision of equity incentives will significantly promote enterprise innovation investment; The increase of enterprise age will promote enterprise innovation investment to a certain extent, but it is not significant. Equity concentration and industry concentration are negatively correlated with enterprise innovation investment. Based on these conclusions, four suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of policy and enterprise management: (1) the government should introduce policies to encourage the central and local governments to invest in scientific and technological research and development; (2) the government should introduce a market competition mechanism to improve the efficiency of resource allocation; (3) Enterprises should expand their scale and extend their operating hours to obtain more resources and enhance their innovation capabilities; (4) Enterprises should optimize the corporate governance system, reduce the concentration of equity, and provide equity incentives.
