Abstract:By analyzing the current research status of the sense of gain, this paper pays special attention to the sense of gain of university teachers in academic research, teaching practice and academic exchange. It is pointed out that although there has been some progress in the current research on teachers' sense of academic gain, most of the research focuses on qualitative description and case analysis, and lacks systematic quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation index system. In addition, by exploring the definition, development and theoretical basis of academic sense of gain, the paper emphasizes the importance and urgency of constructing a scientific and reasonable index system of academic sense of gain for university teachers. Based on the domestic and foreign researches, this paper proposes a set of evaluation index system of university teachers' sense of academic gain, which aims to provide theoretical and empirical support for the policy making and practice of higher education.
