Analysis of Key Influencing Factors on the Production Efficiency of Advanced Manufacturing in Guangdong Province

摘要:

本研究基于DEA-Malmquist模型结合贝叶斯模型平均（BMA），对2015-2022年期间的广东省先进制造业生产效率的重要影响因素进行深入探讨，以期为广东省乃至全国先进制造业的高质量发展提供理论支撑。结果显示，广东省先进制造业的生产效率呈现曲折性发展；选取的21项潜在影响因素中，劳动者素质、市场需求、产业结构、研发投入与产业融合程度是影响先进制造业发展的重要影响因素。基于实证结果，笔者提出了加强与企业之间的协作、完善第三产业对先进制造业行业的支持体系、加强对先进制造行业的研发支持与提升高校产学研水平等推动先进制造业高质量发展的政策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the DEA-Malmquist model combined with Bayesian model averaging (BMA), this study conducts an in-depth discussion on the important influencing factors of the production efficiency of the advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province during the period of 2015-2022, with a view to providing theoretical support for the high-quality development of the advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province and even in the country as a whole. The results show that the production efficiency of the advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province shows a zigzag development; among the 21 potential influencing factors selected, labor quality, market demand, industrial structure, R&D investment and the degree of industrial integration are the important influencing factors affecting the development of the advanced manufacturing industry. Based on the empirical results, the author puts forward policy suggestions to promote the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry, such as strengthening the collaboration with enterprises, improving the support system of the tertiary industry to the advanced manufacturing industry, strengthening the research and development support to the advanced manufacturing industry and improving the level of university industry, academia and research.
